The most common questions about our mobile bartending services.
What are the space requirements for the horse trailer bar?
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak season events. However, we can often accommodate shorter notice – just contact us!
Do you need access to power?
Nearby access to a dedicated power source is preferred, but not necessary.
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry liquor and general liability insurance for our bartending events and can provide proof to your venue if necessary.
Do you provide the alcohol?
According to Virginia law, mobile bars are unable to apply for liquor licenses. However, we do carry Liquor Liability insurance which allows us to serve alcohol at any event. This means that we provide everything (mixers, garnishes, ice, and bartending services), except the alcohol. We will create a customized shopping list for your event based on your preferences and the amount of guests you will be having. You can then purchase the alcohol from any vendor of your choosing that best suits your budget. Directly purchasing the alcohol yourself avoids unnecessary markups, saving you money! Many alcohol distributors allow unopened items to be returned, so you can also purchase more than necessary without having to worry about losing money.
I have no idea how much alcohol to order! Can you help with the decision making?
Yes! Part of our service is to walk you through the process of planning all things beverage-related. We use an alcohol calculator to figure out just how much you will need to fulfill your request. Our goal is to make this part of the party planning easy and fun!
I already have bartenders through my licensed caterer. Do you rent out just the trailer?
Trailer only rental is done on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with the details of your event.
We do not serve shots.
We care about the safety of your guests and want to make sure everyone gets home safe.
Who is responsible for making sure guests don't have too much to drink?
It doesn’t happen often, but it is sometimes necessary for the safety of your guests. We will ask the host or coordinator to remove aggressive individuals from the event if our employees or the bar have been threatened or harmed. Safety for everyone is our top priority.
Do you offer non-alcoholic drinks?
Absolutely! We can provide anything from your very own signature mocktails, flavored water, soda, etc.
Do you include decor?
We include the basic décor. We are happy to work with you to make the bar capture your vision for the day, as long as the decorations will not damage our bar.
What if it rains at my event?
In the event that it does rain on your big day, we will provide a tent covering and would be happy to work with your venue or tent vendor.
What is your refund policy?
Once you make your deposit we block off your date in our calendar and may have to turn away other clients, therefore deposits are non-refundable.
Can my kids, who are under 21, be served with alcohol during my event with my consent?
Absolutely NOT. NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 is allowed. In fact, it’s illegal. We reserve the right to end service coverage immediately and leave the premises if any person under the age of 21 is being served to and/or consuming alcohol during the time we are serving at your event. Our goal is to ensure responsible beverage service.

Serving minors is illegal and is taken seriously. Please ask guests to bring their ID if they appear to be under the age of 35.

- What's included in your packages?
All packages include mobile bar setup, professional bartender, glassware, ice, mixers, and cleanup. Higher tiers include premium spirits and extended service
- Do you provide the alcohol?
We can provide all alcohol (Premium/Ultimate packages) or you can purchase your own. We’ll provide a detailed shopping list if you choose to buy your own.
- How much space do you need?
Our trailer needs a 20ft x 10ft level area with power access. For indoor events, we have portable setups requiring much less space.
